What will I learn from this module?
This module:
- provides a framework for tracking gender inclusiveness of e-service delivery, citizen uptake and connectivity architectures, with specific pointers on adapting indicators from existing global indices and policy tool kits (Unit 5.1 and 5.2)
- introduces a capabilities-based approach to outcome evaluation of e-government interventions for women’s empowerment (Unit 5.3)
